Legal

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the public WhoisCheckr site, the account area and the related search, watchlist and report features.

Effective date: April 14, 2026

1. Operator

WhoisCheckr is operated by Aivion Studios.

Questions about these terms can be sent to mail@aivionstudios.nl.

2. Service scope

  • WhoisCheckr provides public domain lookup functionality, an account area, saved-domain features and report-related tools.
  • Availability and registration results are based on official RDAP or related registry sources where supported.
  • The service may change, expand, pause or remove features when needed for operational, legal or product reasons.

3. Accounts and user responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • Users may not use WhoisCheckr for unlawful activity, abuse, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Users remain responsible for how they act on search results, exported reports and email actions.

4. Accuracy and availability

WhoisCheckr aims to present clear results, but domain availability can change immediately and may depend on external registries, registrars and network conditions.

Important commercial or legal decisions should always be verified against the relevant registry, registrar or other official source before action is taken.

WhoisCheckr is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.

5. Intellectual property

The WhoisCheckr product, design, branding, source code, layouts and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aivion Studios and its operator, unless stated otherwise.

Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service or its materials beyond what applicable law allows.

6. Suspension and deletion

  • WhoisCheckr may suspend or restrict access where misuse, security risks or legal issues require that.
  • Users may delete their account through the settings area. That flow permanently removes the account and the account-linked data described in the privacy statement.
  • Saved-domain alerts and related notifications may stop immediately when an account is suspended or deleted.

7. Privacy and cookies

Use of WhoisCheckr is also subject to the Privacy statement and the Cookie statement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
